I am a searcher, a searcher for some peace in this messed up world that I have found myself stuck in. Did I ask to be put here? Well maybe I did, but if so, I’ve forgotten.

This blog is about those day to day indignities, each one adding its weight to all the others, until one day we think we’re going to break.

It is also about how, even with all this crap, we some how keep going, taking one more step.

There is optimism buried deeply beneath my apparent pessimism, so don’t let a negative tone fool you; look deeper.

If we don’t like the world we live in, then we must speak out and call atention to what has gone wrong; only by this honesty will we find the motivation to dream a better world around us.
